Raised by real estate developers and Polish immigrants, Eric has been in the residential world for as long as he can remember. Designing flip homes while in high school, he made sure his homes stood out by being meticulously crafted and unique. After graduating with a degree in Architecture and a minor in Landscape Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Eric worked for multiple firms, from high-end interior design, to custom design/build. While successfully creating dream homes for numerous clients, his ambition moved him to establish his own design firm at a very young age. To say that Eric loves what he does would be an understatement. He begins every project with inspiration from international architecture, French being his favorite. Eric is known for his easygoing and unpretentious approach to design. His business services residential new construction as well as renovations. With his Illinois real estate license and vast construction knowledge, Eric encompasses all things home.
